BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The South Bend Heritage Board is composed of 19 members from a diverse background of experience and qualifications. To maintain Community Housing Development Organization certification, our board needs to have at least one-third (8) of its membership fall into one of the following categories:

  • » Low /moderate residents or residents of low / moderate income geographic area of operation
    » Owners or senior officers of private establishments and other institutions located in and serving its geographic area of operation
    » Representatives of low / moderate income neighborhood organizations located in its geographic area

Low Income Tax Credit set aside for Indiana Non Profit entity tax credit projects, our board also needs to have 51% of its membership fall into one of the following categories:
