WHAT IS "LEND”
LEND (Lending Enterprise for Neighborhood Development) is a not-for-profit business formed by South Bend Heritage Foundation to help save our urban neighborhoods.

LEND works in neighborhoods that surround downtown South Bend to save and rehabilitate homes, fix up existing ones, and to increase the number of homeowner-occupants.

LEND provides homeownership classes and counseling.

LEND has recently become a certified Foreclosure Prevention Specialist.

LEND is committed to the stabilization, enhancement and empowerment of the inner-city neighborhood.
