SBHF offers counseling for any homeowner who is concerned about their ability to make timely mortgage payments. Our workshops will explain the procedures used by lenders, housing counselors and the court system to assist homeowners with mortgage issues.

Foreclosure Prevention Orientation Classes will be held from 5:30-7:00 p.m. on the following dates:   Tuesdays: Jan. 29, Feb. 26, March 26, April 23, May 21, June 25, July 30, Aug. 27, Sept. 24, Oct. 22, Nov. 19th. Advanced registration is required.

Classes are held at the Colfax Cultural Center 914 Lincolnway West South Bend, IN 46616.
